What You'll Do:

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, events, LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic partnerships
  • Generate high-quality leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with founders, startups, agencies, enterprise clients, and decision-makers
  • Conduct discovery calls and deeply understand client requirements, business goals, and project expectations
  • Present company services, proposals, and value propositions confidently and persuasively
  • Prepare customized pitches, presentations, quotations, and project estimates for clients
  • Collaborate with design, development, and strategy teams to craft winning proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, timelines, and deliverables with professionalism
  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and nurture long-term relationships
  • Represent the company in meetings, networking sessions, online communities, and industry events
  • Actively search for new markets, industries, and business opportunities
  • Work closely with leadership to define growth strategies and expansion plans
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and sales activities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, emerging technologies, and market opportunities
  • Contribute ideas that improve sales processes, client communication, and company positioning
  • Build trust with clients by providing honest communication and long-term value
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently during negotiations
  • Take ownership of business growth and consistently look for ways to increase company revenue
