Payment Terms

All projects require agreement on payment milestones before work begins.

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project commencement
  • Remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery
  • Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge
  • All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes

Invoices not paid within 30 days may result in project suspension.

Limitation of Liability

Qliqify shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for losses arising from the use or inability to use our services
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute
  • We are not liable for third-party services, integrations, or platforms used

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law and any disputes shall be resolved accordingly.

  • Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation
  • Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration
