About the Role:

Your main responsibility will be to find opportunities, approach potential clients, understand their business needs, and convert conversations into successful projects. You should be comfortable reaching out to people, attending meetings, following up consistently, and creating long-term client relationships. What You'll Do:

  • Actively search for potential clients and project opportunities
  • Reach out to businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
  • Schedule meetings and introduce company services professionally
  • Understand client goals, requirements, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and estimates
  • Follow up consistently with leads and maintain communication pipelines
  • Build strong and trustworthy relationships with clients
  • Represent the company during meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities
  • Generate new business through proactive outreach and strategic communication
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, conversations, and sales activities
  • Contribute ideas for improving lead generation and client conversion strategies
  • Work towards monthly acquisition and revenue goals
  • Handle negotiations and client objections professionally
  • Research industries and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to improve outreach effectiveness
  • Ensure positive client experience from first interaction to onboarding
