Frontend Developer

About the Role:

We are hiring a skilled Frontend Developer to build high-performance, accessible, and visually polished web experiences. You will work closely with our design and backend teams to bring complex UI systems to life using modern frameworks.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Next.js and React
• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI components
• Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and SEO
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions
• Integrate frontend systems with REST and GraphQL APIs
• Maintain and evolve the component library and design system

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Deep understanding of web performance, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO
• Experience with state management (Zustand, Redux, or similar)
• Familiarity with animation libraries such as Framer Motion
• Experience with version control using Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Experience with headless CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentful)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, tRPC)
• Contributions to open-source projects
