About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Motion Creative who can bring ideas to life across branding, social media, marketing campaigns, motion graphics, and digital storytelling. This is not just a static graphic design role. We want someone who understands visual communication deeply and can create engaging visuals, animations, short-form videos, and brand experiences that leave a lasting impact. You should be passionate about design trends, storytelling, motion graphics, typography, composition, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, along with a good understanding of video editing and production workflows. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, creative, proactive, and obsessed with quality — someone who genuinely enjoys experimenting, learning, and pushing creative boundaries.

What You'll Do:

  • Design high-quality graphics for digital campaigns, websites, social media, branding, and marketing materials
  • Create engaging motion graphics, animations, transitions, and promotional videos using After Effects
  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing, advertisements, and brand storytelling
  • Work on branding projects including logos, visual identities, brand systems, and presentation materials
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative campaigns
  • Produce visually compelling creatives optimized for different platforms and screen sizes
  • Develop design concepts, moodboards, and creative directions for campaigns
  • Maintain consistency across all visual assets and brand communications
  • Create thumbnails, banners, ad creatives, and promotional materials
  • Handle basic video production workflows including sequencing, sound syncing, and visual polishing
  • Use typography, layout, color theory, and motion principles effectively
  • Optimize assets for web, mobile, and social media performance
  • Stay updated with modern design trends, animation styles, and creative tools
  • Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery
  • Work closely with developers and strategists to ensure creative alignment
  • Contribute innovative ideas that improve the brand’s visual identity and online presence

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or multimedia creative roles
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
  • Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, spacing, and branding principles
  • Ability to create both static and animated content
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, graphics, motion, and video work
  • Understanding of modern social media content formats and trends
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate visual ideas clearly and effectively
  • Understanding of storytelling through visuals and motion
  • Comfortable collaborating in fast-paced creative environments

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for digital creatives
  • Experience with sound design and video pacing
  • Photography or videography experience
  • Experience working with startups, agencies, or content brands
  • Knowledge of design systems and scalable branding
  • Experience creating ad creatives with strong conversion-focused design
