Social Media Trainee

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to grow and manage Qliqify's presence across all major social platforms. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, engaging with our community, and driving measurable growth.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines
• Monitor trends and leverage them to drive engagement and brand awareness
• Analyze performance metrics and produce weekly/monthly reports
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visuals and copy
• Manage community engagement — respond to comments, DMs, and mentions
• Run and optimize paid social campaigns in coordination with the marketing team

What We're Looking For:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
• Experience with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual content
• Experience with paid social advertising is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a SaaS or tech company
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe)
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing
• Video editing skills for short-form content
