UI/UX Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who can translate business goals and user needs into beautiful, functional digital experiences. You will own the design process from research and wireframing through to high-fidelity delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Design intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile products
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Maintain and evolve the design system and component library
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
• Iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and testing
• Present and communicate design decisions to stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking
• Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
• Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and business goals
• Clear communication and ability to justify design decisions
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion design or Framer
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of design tokens and scalable design systems
• Experience in SaaS or B2B product design
